                據(jù)新華社北京3月8日電北京市教委作出中小學(xué)生到校時(shí)間的新的硬性規(guī)定：“小學(xué)上課時(shí)間不得早于7時(shí)50分，中學(xué)不得早于7時(shí)30分。違反的學(xué)校將受到懲罰�！� 

                  
    　 同時(shí)，市教委還要求學(xué)生每天學(xué)習(xí)時(shí)間：小學(xué)不超過6小時(shí)，中學(xué)不超過8小時(shí)。每天必須有一小時(shí)體育活動(dòng)時(shí)間。
