Three-month renovation project
of Taidong san Road is completed, the new road is ready to welcome the tourists
from home and abroad.
he renovation project is a big step Shibei District took for business and

rade development. In 3 months, the road stretches more than 700 meters long to
reach Yan¡¯an san Road. The newly installed 50 lights and 18 delicately designed
underground sections will give citizens an appreciation of Qingdao history and
culture during shopping at the same time. There are also 2 leisure areas called
Man Square and Woman Square. The most special part about the street is the
60,000 square meter wall painting ( painting on walls, usually very big)
covering all the buildings on 2 sides of the street and which offers a
combination of art and business.
