¡¡¡¡House sales prices have risen by 12.9%. This rate of increase in Qingdao
ranks the 7th in the 35 large and medium-sized cities.
¡¡¡¡During the first three quarters of this year the selling price of a house
in China has risen by 9.9% whereas in Qingdao increased by 12.9%. The increa

rate of Qingdao ranks 7 after Shenyang, Nanjing, Chongqing, Shanghai, Tianjin
and Lanzhou.
¡¡¡¡Whereas the housing prices in China has risen by 9.4% but in Qingdao by
