¡¡¡¡China enterprise management forum and 2004 Haire theme report about
management were held in Ba Da guan auditorium.
¡¡¡¡Mr. Jiang Zhenghua of Standing committee of the National People's Congress
addressed the forum.
¡¡¡¡Mr. Jiang said in his address that in Qingdao has not only
world-known
brands and enterprises but also famous entrepreneur like Zhang Ruimin and modern
industry worker Xu Zhenchao. The 20 years of Haier's development during opening
up is a process of constant innovation as well as a further advance of
scientific management theory and modern management method. He said management is
always the most basic element for enterprise development. He emphasized the
theory and method of management will develop with time and be open for the new
practice. Knowledge management has to be highlighted. At present, knowledge
management have to involve collecting, grasping, creating and using knowledge to
become the key in improving the ability to compete.
¡¡¡¡During the forum, Chief Executive Officer of Haire Corporation Zhang Rui
